Reclaiming Eden

by Bernard Ampaw

Reclaiming Eden talks about how Africa is very rich and richer than any Continent in the World with Gold, Oil and Gas and yet the Presidents and people in power in the Continent are not helping the youth with employment and good future but allowing them to travel to North Africa and sink in the Mediterranean Sea. The book talks about some major countries in Africa where the African, or The African American or the Caribbean can go and make a living comfortably without the worry of the colour of their skin. The Wealth of Nations cover Botswana a stable democratic country in Southern Africa with only two million inhabitants and GDP $11.400, a country that is termed as the “Jewel of Africa.” Also Gabon in West Africa, a stable country which has had only two Presidents since independence in 1960 with Oil Reserves and Eco Tourism. Ghana is also part of the 34 countries mentioned in the book. Ghana has opened the doors for Caribbean to come in without visa. Ghana is very rich with Gold, Diamond, Oil, Bauxite and a Fertile Land for Harvesting. The people are friendly and will support every black man who will settle in the country. It is worth reading if you are in the diaspora, from the Caribbean, African American and you want to go home. Countries like the Senegal, Ivory Coast, Chad, Togo, Gambia, Guinea, Democratic Republic of Congo, Republic of Congo, Angola, Kenya, Uganda, Cape Verde, Liberia, Lesotho, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Madagascar, Mali, Mauritius, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Eswatini, South Africa and Rwanda are all Super Rich and will have to work hard to avoid the African youth who travel to their graves in the Mediterranean Sea.
