– For the people, be they internal or external, who are supporting the head of the organisation in achieving success, it will provide a foundation for discussion, prioritisation, decision, and effective action.
– This not a theoretical treatise. It is an entirely evidence-based operational framework created by someone who has experienced the hands-on practicalities and pitfalls of transformation to success for more than 50 years.

The centre has supported more than 450 organisations since its inception in 2008.

Since retiring from Toyota, Carl has directly supported many and varied organisations and continues to do so.
